Turn 3 - Battle 1: Shadows (Hash) vs. ISA (Burger)
Introduction:
The Shadows have darkened the skies of the settled agrarian world of Alderbordon II and are preventing the ISA re-supply ships from landing...can the White Star Fleet turn the tide of this conflict or will they surrender to the forces of chaos?

We now have an update on the Shadow blockade situation of Alderbordon II. The population of this agrarian world have been lacking in basic necessities such as food and medical supplies for some time now, due to the blockade. During a speech made earlier tonight by ISA president John Sheridan, he vowed to re-supply the people no matter what the cost, using his White Star fleet. The Shadow blockade was a very large one, consisting of at least one Shadow Ship and up to six Scouts, but the brave pilots of the White Stars "Zealot, "Arbitrator", "Omen" and "Pilgrim" were not afraid.
Shortly before entering the system, Captain Burger of the lead ship Zealot,
said, "We have found a weakness in Shadows Blockade. They have a strong force,
but they have weak flanks. We shall try to sneak right past them".
However, Mr. Rogers, a known agent of the Shadows, was heard to say "the ISA
will never get past our overwhelming firepower. Our Scouts can take out White
Stars easily. Muahahahah!"
As the brave White Stars continued flying at maximum velocity, they had almost
reached their destination, but the Shadows managed to get a few in range of
their impressive weaponry.
The Omen was hit by a Scout, inflicting substantial damage. The Shadow Ship
then spectacularly opened fire on all of the fore White Stars, destroying the
damaged Omen but barely scratching the other three.
The remaining three White Stars then escaped through the blockade with their
precious cargo for Alderbordon II. The people rejoiced and thanked President
Sheridan for saving their planet from the Shadow onslaught.
